Raised on a small vineyard in Sonoma County, Alec developed a passion for land and property early on, shaping a career path that now focuses on the valuation of agricultural properties across his home state.

Alec obtained his first two appraisal certifications in Sonoma County before pursuing his third in San Luis Obispo, where he trained under the mentorship of seasoned agricultural appraisers. This invaluable mentorship solidified his decision to specialize in agricultural appraisals, allowing him to align his professional expertise with his personal passion for the land.

With a degree in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he also competed as a Division 1 basketball player.

His work spans vineyards, orchards, ranches, and other agricultural properties, offering clients a unique blend of local insight and professional accuracy.

Alec’s commitment to excellence in every appraisal has earned him a reputation for thoroughness and reliability. When not working, Alec enjoys hobby farming, camping, backpacking and loves supporting local agricultural efforts in the community.
